No call no show leads to no future appointments.
If client is late more than 15 min without notifying us, appointment will need to be reschedule, deposit will be lost!
Non refundable deposit is required to book your appointment. Deposits can only be transferred or refunded in NO less than 3 days of cancellation or rescheduling of original appointment.
SHIPPING POLICY
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
You have 15 days to return products, after that we can’t offer refund or exchange.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
Unless the product is deemed to be defective by the MERCHANT or applicable laws. If a product is defective, it must be shipped back to the merchant within 15 days of purchase with all tags and wrappings attached before a refund/exchange will be issued. Products must be unused if order to be refunded.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, held, delays of packages due to putting an incorrect address! Please see shipping carrier for solution.
Shipping can take up to 10 business days, please understand that any circumstance can happen and can lead to a delay.
